2024 Honey Harvest: An Amber Treasure to Savor!

We are thrilled to announce that our 2024 honey harvest is finally ready to be enjoyed! After months of meticulous work and patience, the long-awaited moment has arrived: the honey harvested at the end of June 2024 has been jarred, ready to delight your taste buds with its rich, natural flavors.

Once again, our bees have worked tirelessly this year to offer us honey of exceptional quality. This precious nectar, amber and smooth, is the result of an intense season where our busy bees took full advantage of the diverse blooms in the Cabanac Forest. The result is a warm, golden-colored honey with subtle floral notes that will please both amateurs and connoisseurs alike.

The harvest took place in late June 2024, carefully collecting the honey-filled supers and extracting the golden honey using a centrifuge, without any heating. This gentle method preserves all the honey's nutritional and flavor qualities, keeping its enzymes and natural aromas intact. After extraction, our honey was left to mature for nearly two months. This maturation period is essential to remove impurities, ensuring a pure, clean honey that’s ready to be enjoyed.
