Our honey is harvested in our apiaries between the end of June and the end of September depending on the weather and the work of our little bees. We are careful to leave them with enough reserves so that our bees can spend the winter peacefully.
Our honey is then extracted mechanically. The honey is not heated or undergoes other treatments during its extraction to preserve all its nutritional qualities and its unique taste.
